Please refer to the detailed instructions below for steps to follow after receiving a completed transaction and payment confirmation slip, as well as in the case of a failed transaction. Kindly ensure you follow these instructions carefully.

1. Once you select the ‘Pay’ option, you will be redirected to a payment gateway where you can complete the transaction using net banking or a debit/credit card. Choose your preferred payment method and continue with the process.

2. After a successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation slip. The student should retain this slip for future reference.

3. If the payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you will see a notification indicating the payment failure status.

4. If neither of the above situations occurs and there is a significant delay in the system’s response—especially if you haven’t completed the payment or provided card details—you may restart the process from the beginning and attempt the payment again.

5. If you’ve entered all debit/credit card details or completed net banking authorization but have not received a response, please contact your bank or credit card company to check if your account has been debited. If the payment has already been processed, do not attempt to pay again. However, if no charge has been made to your account, please proceed with the payment and ensure you receive a confirmation of payment success. In either case, make sure to note the reference or transaction details for net banking or card payments.

Cancellation/Refund policy

Once the payment is made, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. In the event of a duplicate payment, please contact the admin, finance, or accounts department with the transaction reference or your bank statement as proof to request a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days. The payment gateway will initiate the refund to the issuing bank (the user’s card provider) in batches, which may take an additional 8-15 working days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
